Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of customer receiving goods. Items must be in the original conditon that they came in. Items with makeup marks, no tags, worn/damaged items won't be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return postage and unfortunately will not be reimbursed for any costs to send the items back to us. Except in circumstances where there was a mistake on our part with your order.  

We highly recommend sending your items back with a tracked delivery service so no parcels get lost in transit. 

Customers will be refunded within 72 hours of us receiving their package. It may take 3-5 business days to see the funds arrive back into your account.
